I think that gerrymandering was descrided well with the satorical comment of "jerry rigging." I think the gerrymandering process is bad for government, because it dosnt allow for elections to be competitive. It is almost like the best competitor has to wait until the incumbent wants to step down, before he can run for office. I feel that takes out of what the founding fathers wanted, which is the competitive elections. i also feel that this video did a great job of explaining how congress is bicameral because the house and the senate.
