I think that the most important case that the Supreme Court will hear is the case on the ability of states to enforce strict immigration laws. As of now, each state has their own immigration laws and if the ability for the states to make their own strict laws is taken away it gives illegal immigrants an easier way to get into the country and take away jobs that Americans themselves could have. If those people see that the government is being lenient on illegal status they will most likely take advantage of that and soon enough we will see more and more jobs being given to illegal immigrants for less pay. It is the decision of each state to control illegal immigration. The people in the state government live in the state and can observe what is going on closer than the federal government can. If they feel it is becoming a large problem, they will make a law to help control the flow of illegal immigrants coming into America. However, if they cannot make laws because of the federal government's restrictions there will be large problems for the federal government to deal with when they could be handling more serious problems and leave the illegal immigration problem to the states.

I think the most important case this year is the you provement of the constitunality of the health-care act. This law is a landmark like the Civil Rights Act, so it's very important to prove his legacy. It's also important because it impacts the whole country every single citizen.
There are two sides of this act, at the one hand there's the advantage to have a fixed insurance. But on the other hand is that all people have to pay for incurance and they loose their freedom to do with their money what they want.

I think the immigration laws and, in particular, the Arizona immigration law will be the most important cases this year. This has been a much debated subject and both sides have their reasons for the law and against it. Most reasons are pretty accurate and I, truthfully, am very curious as to which side the Supreme Court will take on this specific subject.

I think that the most important case that the Supreme Court will deliberate on this session is the health care law. There are very strong arguments on each side of this issue: one says that it is unconstitutional, the other that it is and can be compared to the Civil Rights or Social Security Acts. The Obama administration is confident that it will be ruled constitutional because of those two acts. However, 26 states, along with The National Federation of Independent Business, object it and asked for a “speedy ruling.” Because this is a case that is so controversial and will greatly affect all Americans, it will likely be closely followed and the outcome will make some people very angry and others very happy.

I think the most important case that the Supreme Court will hear is without a doubt, the case on the constitutionality of the landmark health-care act. These nine justices of the Supreme Court, will have to decide whether to put themselves in the middle of an already heated, presidential campaign. This case affects everyone in the country, and aims to extend health insurance to more than 30 million people that who, now, do not have coverage. The nine justices of the Supreme Court’s decision is a monumental one, which would rival their other monumental decision, the December 2000 ruling that sealed George W. Bush’s election as president. This is without a doubt, the most important case they will hear this year.

I think the most important Supreme Court case will be on the controversal health care act. It is by far the most important case because of the impact it has on every citizen. It will be a difficult case because fo the politics and each justices interpretation of the constituition which both political parties have been trying to justify their reasoning with.

I think that the most important case that the Supreme Court will hear will be about laws dealing with immigration. This topic has been debated on for a while now. Some people believe that the laws could be abused and would make things unfair for Latino citizens. Others believe that illegal immigrants are taking jobs away from Americans. It will be intersting to listen to the debates on the topic of immigration.

I think the most important case that the Supreme Court will hear is the health insurance case. I believe this because as of now the government is requiring us to buy healthcare, which the Constitution has no right to tell us what we can and cannot buy. However, the Constitution also says the government can do what is right for the good of the United States, which they interpret that to be buying health care. This poses a problem by wondering if making the citizens buy health care is constitutional or not. I feel the Justices will have a difficult time debating this problem and I'm eager to see the outcome.

I would say that the most important case the Supreme Court hears this year would deal with immigration laws. That seems to be the hot topic in debates over the most recent years. It is important because many people believe the current immigration laws are not good enough, and it will be interesting to see what happens.

In my opinion, this year the most important case that the Supreme Court will undertake is gun control. Gun control had been a problem for a very long time. There is two sides, the people who want to keep guns, which is in the second admentment, the right to bear arms, and the other side of in the on going battle, are the people who want to take away these rights and take away the guns

I think the most important case would be the obamacare. Obamacare, President Obama's health care overhaul, which affects almost everyone in the country,is foremost on their agenda. President Obama has requested that the justices determine whether the highly controversial health care law is constitutional.

I believe the most important case will be the ability of states to enforce immigration laws. Many states overlook these in industries such as restaurants and factories. Illegal immigrants are taken advantage of, as they cannot complain without the employers turning them in to the federal government. This causes these workers to be paid far less than the average worker. These people take away jobs from US citizens, contributing to the unemployment rate. A law helping this will help even out opportunities in America.

I believe the most important case the Supreme Court will hear this year will be on strict immigration laws. Dealing specifically with Arizona. This could be a very monumental decision and will affect the way we guard our borders and the way we interact with Mexico as a nation

I believe that the most important case the Supreme Court will be faced with this year is the Health Care Act. The reason i believe this is that around the world today more and more countries are coming to adopt a free health care system for its citizens (such as many of the countries in Europe). However if it passed in the United States it is possible that the medical industry will come to flop as there will be little to pay for expenses with free health care.

I believe the most important case discussed this year will be on immigration. With the new laws of voter fraud and borders this will become an important topic of American rights. Another factor will be the safety of Americans as illegals enter our country. It should be up to the states to decide how much emphasis is put on securing our borders.

I think the most important case the supreme court will see this year is whether the Health Care Bill President Obama passed is constitutional. I think the ruling on whether this bill is constitutional or not will have a large impact on what congress can and can't do. I believe that if this bill is called constitutional there will be more bills requiring people to buy things, because the health care law requires you to by health care insurance whether you want to or not. For example what will stop congress from passing laws saying you have to buy certain things from the government like healthy food items, fuel efficient cars, energy, or anything else congress mandates you to buy.

How much control do we want the government to have over daily life choices. In America the land of the free I believe it is wrong for congress to make us buy anything. The American people have the freedom to choose what the want to buy and what they don't want to buy. I believe this choose is essential to our unalienable right of the pursuit of happiness.

I believe that the most important case that the Supreme court will hear this year is the case about immigration laws. I believe that this is the most important case because I believe that the Supreme Court is under great pressure due to individual states such as Arizona taking their own actions on this subject. This is putting the Supreme court under pressure because immigration problems are not just happening in a few states it is happening nation wide. Another reason that i believe that this is going to be the most important issue is that some people believe that illegal immigrants are taking away jobs from people who live here legally which is a big deal because of all the economic problems going on right now. Overall i believe that the immigration issue is going to be the most important case that the Supreme Court will hear this year.

I believe that the most important case that the Supreme Court will hear this session will be, Gun Control. Why I think that is because,it has become a new law, and has been present for awhile in other states to have concealed carry. Which is where the people are allowed to carry a firearm on their person at acceptable places. I think that this is a good idea because then we have protectiong wherever we are. Gun Control is along the same lines being that, you can only have that firearm in alotted areas. There are two sides to this, the side that would like to have that protection, and others who dissagree with having people carry firearms around. That is why I think that Gun Control will be a highly important subject, because of the high amounts of disputes on the subject.

I think that the most important case the Supreme Court will hear this year is the health care act. This has been a very controversial issue with strong opinions from both sides. What makes this case so important is the fact that it affects every single US citizen.

In my opinion, I beleive that health care is the most important case they will hear this year. I think this is important because throughout the past couple of years, health care has been debated frequently. In addition, health care is needed for every citizen in the United States, including those who can not afford it. Finally, health care is a very important care because of the "baby boomer" generation. In the next decade a large part of the US population will consist of elderly people. As a result, health care will be a popluar issue because it is a must have for the elderly citizens

I believe that the most important case the Supreme Court will hear will be set around the health care bill. This bill affects everyone and shows reason for debate, people who side with it say health care is a necessity and universal health care will allow for this, people against it say that it is another way the government is intruding on private practice and affects the nations finances.
