This blog is a place for us to give our Analysis and Opinions on important topics related to civics, government and politics. Analysis is a clinical interpretation of items, issues, ideas, or events and an explanation of their impact on the future (i.e. something you think is going to happen). Opinion is composed of your reactions, feelings, and beliefs on items, issues, ideas or events (i.e. something you would like to happen). Even though they are your opinions, they should be based in fact.

For these next 9 days left before the exam; I will continue to review my mastery product material, and skim through the book. I will primarily spend my time furthering my understanding of the vocabulary terms hence it is the backbone of both the multiple choice and free response test.
I will continue to look at my mastery products along with other peoples to further my understanding of the learning pbjectives. Also I will look over my vocab words using quizlet.
These last few weeks I have been taking notes in class, especially when we did exam review, so I will look over those and use my mastery products in order to study for the test. Also looking over the quizlet vocabulary sets to refresh my memory on that.
All of my masterey products along with my classmates masterey products. Also reviewing all of the vocab terms on bit.ly/mrbretzmann
I have been looking back at my mastery products as well as reviewing the vocab words that we took quizzes on. Also, I have been looking at a book that gives tips and review for this exam. These have all helped me prepare for the test.
I have been brushing up on my vocabulary as it is the foundation for the test, but I have been more focused on practice tests. I have been looking at free response questions that have been used in previous years : http://apcentral.collegeboard.com/apc/members/exam/exam_information/2086.html
I've mainly been reorganizing notes from earlier in the year, and going over vocabulary from earlier in the year, as that is the stuff that I am no longer as familiar with.
I have been mainly reviewing through the use of trying previous free responses and multiple choice and then looking up the material I do not remember. I also have been reviewing through quizlet, and through my mastery products.
I am briefly reviewing much of the stuff I learned in class and the book in my AP GOPO Ap review booklet.
I have been using quizlet to review and also have been looking at previous tests. Here is a link for the quizlet http://quizlet.com/265621/ap-government-vocabulary-flash-cards/
I have recently been using my mastery products to review the material covered in class this year. To practice for the test I use multiple choice questions from the review books Mr.Bretzmann has in the classroom.
Good review going on right now at #hsgovchat on Twitter.
The last few weeks i have been looking back over chapters in the book and reviewing. Also im looking back on mastery products that i have made thoughout the year

Leading up to the days of the exam, I will continue to use my old mastery products as a source to review from and also continue to study past vocabulary which I have forgotten.
I will be using old projects and quizlets on vocabulary to study for the exam. I've also used other sources like the AP website http://apcentral.collegeboard.com/apc/public/repository/us-gov-released-exam-1999.pdf

I've been taking notes in class, practicing vocab on Quizlet and looking at the vocab words from the website, and looking over sections in the book that I found more difficult to understand.
I have been taking notes the past few weeks in class especially when we have gone over the multiple choice questions. I have also looked back on previous notes and mastery products. For most of the vocab I have used: http://quizlet.com/subject/ap-government/
For the next week I will continue to look back at my mastery products and review the flash cards I've made over the year. I also have been using the quiz questions at the end of each chapter to review.
I will brush up on my past mastery products and other students as well. I will also look at the vocabulary from each quiz and look back on some of the stuff that I did poorly on in the beginning of the year. Studying different court cases and important objectives will be helpful as well.
I agree with Jake, mastery products work very well with review if adequate material is included. Also watching the judiciary videos that were posted ate extremely helpful since that's an area many of us seem to have issues with. Vocabulary quizzes are also useful for studying, but I feel like our class discussions with those work better.
I personally like looking back on previous mastery products a lot. Also, as childish as may sound, I like looking up Schoolhouse Rock videos on Youtube- basic easy to understand concepts with songs to help you remember them.
I will be using some of the flashcards I made throughout the year in preparation for the exam as well as reviewing old mastery products.
I am using my website which contains all of my mastery products: https://sites.google.com/site/dongovernmentpolitics/ My AP GoPo book from The Princeton Review is also helping me study for the exam.
