I could use power to improve the public good by picking up trash on the sides of highways. I think that it is an abuse of power when rich people use their money as a reward power to pay people so they have to pay lower income taxes.

One can use their power to speak out when they see that injustice is happening or when they have an idea to improve a system in school or the government. One use of power that I think is negative is how the Westboro Baptist Church abuses their 1st amendment rights and pickets soldiers and shooting victims' funerals just to further their political causes. This behavior hurts the families involved and does little, if any good.

You can establish organizations and give money to public interest groups that you feel benefit public in the most impactive way. For example, if a city which you are a citizen in has a high rate of domestic violence, you could build help centers, initiate a Aminus Curiae Brief for a women obtaining custody of children or private property from an abusive husband.

A good way of using your power to improve the public good would be if there is something that the city wants done you will be able to help. An example is if people in a city want to change the speed limit of a road that is too fast and too many people are getting in accident and you agree, you may have the power to change the speed. You might not be able to change it all by your self but since you have power you will have some say in it being changed.

I think I could use my power to improve public good by creating more bike paths. A lot of people bike in Muskego and especially on some of the more visited roads around town. If they had more paths through out the community traffic flow could be a lot smoother leading to less accidents.

I can help improve the public by helping out and a local food pantry and donate food or help out by volunteering in the community.

there are always so many ways to help out through our school and our community! we always have food drives at school. probably about 3+ times per year, and often times teachers give out extra credit for food items brought in... which means even more food gets donated.

You could use power to improve the public good by volunteering and encouraging others to volunteer with you. For example, you could go to a soup kitchen in a city or any nursing home. Staff are always willing to have you help out. It only takes one person to take action and then have others follow you.

To improve the public good, people can use there talents and contacts (friends) to raise money for people who are struggling or even just volunteering to serve food to the poor or donate their old clothes to the poor. This example would be considered a positive use of power because they are influencing and helping others live a better life.

A good use of my public power would be to help out the people in the city. There are many people that are poor, homeless and starving, but by volunteering to help out would do a lot. That way i could help enrich the lifes of less fortunate people by supporting and helping them through the rough times that they haved faced.

Volunteering is a good way to use your power and improve public health. By helping out and volunteering it can be a life changing experience for both you and the person you are helping out.

I could use my power to improve the public good by using my freedom of speech to advocate for people who are being mistreated. If I saw someone being bullied at school, I could use my power to speak up and stop that person so they would not be able to hurt people anymore. This power which was given to me in the Constitution would be an example of a positive use of power because I would be helping not only the person who is being bullied, but also the whole school.

I believe that when someone is given power over others, the best way to improve the public good, is to use that power to teach. Through teaching people become more knowledgeable, and then can use that knowledge to make better decisions. Education in all forms teaches people to think and act of their own accord. Any person who has been educated, and then done great things is an example of this.

I could use power to improve the public good by being able to put together fundraisers that donate to charity. One positive use of power, is the power of checks and balances.

One way to use power to improve the public is to do small things. No one thinks about opening up a door at the end of a ramp for a person in a wheelchair, or picking up a plastic bottle from the parking lot and throwing it in recycling. We all have personal power that we can use to improve the government that has nothing to do with the government, but with making others feel happy and loved. Like I have mentioned, a positive use of power is opening up doors, recycling, helping the baby bird off the road, or helping the woman at Pick 'n Save who just dropped her groceries.

One way I could use power to improve the public good would be by donating. I could donate old clothes, food items, and even money. By donating these items, I could help a lot of people. Also, I could use the power of freedom of speech to speak out against things I don't agree on, or encourage people to participate in things I do agree with. An example of a positive power would be freedom of speech because this allows us to say what we feel needs to be said.

I could use my power fromm student council to make Muskego a better place to live. By volunteering my time for an organization, like the Muskego Food Pantry. You could also help outside of an organizations like cut your neighbors grass that has a hard time doing it, because of a sickness.

I can use my many powers to improve public good in a variety of ways, for example I can vote for representatives that will make decisions that i believe to help public good. I can use my voice to speak out to people who do not help public good or to organize a group to help in a project to help clean up damaged community trails.

One can use their own power by speaking out for others or themselves and fighting for what they believe is right. They can also use power to speak out against certain laws or what they believe in justice. An example of using your power would be doing volunteer work, protesting, or donating certain items to charity.
